Production line protection using MPM resin guards for automobile manufacturing.
We support the creation of an environment that protects production equipment from collisions with transport vehicles and enhances safety awareness.
In the automotive manufacturing environment, the frequent movement of forklifts and transport vehicles makes it crucial to prevent collision accidents with production lines and equipment. If equipment is damaged, it poses a risk of production stoppage, so robust and shock-absorbing protective measures are required. MPM resin guards mitigate damage during collisions with the unique shock-absorbing properties of resin, protecting equipment and vehicles. Additionally, by adopting a highly visible yellow color, it contributes to raising safety awareness among workers. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Protection of equipment around the production line - Protection of pillars and walls along forklift travel routes - Safety measures near openings and shutters in loading and unloading routes 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Reduction of equipment damage from collisions and control of repair costs - Mitigation of the risk of production line downtime - Increased safety awareness among workers through attention-grabbing colors
